So, this incident took place on 9th February, 2024.I was scrolling through the Instagram feed and just stumbled upon one of the Instagram ads featuring a work from home for Shopify.The role was of a Customer Support Executive where I was given the task to place orders for the customers for which I will be receiving commission on each order placed.I was too content to take this job but little did I know what I was getting myself into.I was assigned a tutor by a mutual contact (the person who referred my credentials to the tutor) who was guiding me step by step.I was asked to recharge my Shopify account with an initial investment of ₹ 300/- to start working for Shopify but I didn't know that I will have to do this everytime I would be placing an order failing which the merchant will freeze my account, so that I cannot continue my tasks assigned to me.I had almost done all the tasks but the final 3 tasks, they were asking me to recharge my account with ₹ 7000/- where I lost complete trust in them.So, eventually I wasn't able to complete the final tasks, pertaining to that they frozen my Shopify account so I could not continue with my remaining tasks.So, I informed my tutor regarding the same but she was telling me again and again that this will be the last time I would recharge my account.After that, I would be able to withdraw my entire earning with commission from my Shopify account to my bank account.I told her that I am unable to recharge my account with such big amount of ₹ 7000/- but she didn't.I even told her that please give me back all my money without the commission as I wasn't able to complete the tasks assigned to me by them.She has deactivated her WhatsApp account and has gone dark since then.The person who set me up with that tutor is active on WhatsApp but she is not responding to my texts at all.Her name is Komal Sharma and the name of the tutor is Kalpana Sharma who has gone dark from WhatsApp.I recharged my Shopify account with a total amount of ₹ 4911/-(money which is freezed in my Shopify account as I am unable to withdraw it to my bank account)to no avail.Please help me atleast recover my money which I used to recharge my Shopify account.I would be forever thankful to you people on the other side.

This is the worst experience i've ever had, I've recieved an old used jeans instead of 2 cargos with so many plastic bags with multiple addresses. Kindly guide me through the return process and to get a refund of my money.

I ordered for dryfruits for rs498 through paytm but I didnt get any order details or shipping details. My money was immediately reduced. But no product has been delivered. No proper website or customer care support numver or right email id. Everything seems to be fraudulent. So kindly refund my amount at the earliest

I made a purchase order of Boat AirDopes 701 using PayU to Vikash Satish Bhai Majithiya but neither from the Owner nor from the PayU any tracking details provided.

Till today I didn't receive my purchased item or any tracking details. So, please look ofter the issue it make PayU's credibility damaged or I have to go other platform for complain like LinkedIn.

I had ordered for dry fruits and paid an amount of Rs 1196/- PayU ID no.[protected] and the amount was credited to Mehul Dharmeshbhai Hadia on 31st Jan 2023. So far I have not received the dry fruit ordered on any confirmation to that effect. Please confirm action.
