Subject: Formal Complaint – Non-Delivery of Order from Gripzza.com

Dear Shopify Support,

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Gripzza.com, a merchant operating on your platform. My order was confirmed on 27 Jan 2026 and paid via GPay. Despite repeated follow-ups, the item has not been delivered, and no acknowledgment has been received from the seller.

I ordered for a 4 rack kitchen organizer, paid money. Received just a single e-mail for confirmation. After that, no response, no contact and when I click the link they have given in the confirmation mail, it shows that "The store is unavailable".

Its a fraudulent website and can be easily used for cheating....

Dry fruits ordered worth Rs 1774, paid online using Paytm UPI on 01/03/22. No order confirmation rec'd, can't track the order. Not delivered till date....

The concern fraudster has flashed the attractive sell of designer shirts on

I placed an order on your https://www.nikkar.in/, [Order Number: #NIKKARBYLKP133529 ] on 19th march 2025, and I have yet to receive any updates regarding its status. I have tried reaching out to the customer support previously but have not received any response.

As per the shipping policy mention in the website ( Order Processing Time

All orders placed before 2 PM Monday to Saturday are processed and dispatched the same day, all orders placed after will be dispatched the next day. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day. ) Till the current day 24/03/2025 i have not received any response or update.

I have ordered and camera from the online web site on the 14 th Jan 2025, having a MRP of 2499.00 . And the product delivered was an mobile stand with full of dust and i want full refund of my money and the serious step to be taken.
The try to connect with seller, but they ignored my call.

Received a fake product and counterfeit money

I ordered a duffle garment bag from a brand (The beautycart) tied up with shopify on 28 th september 2024, it is a prepaid order (ORDER : BC8383) for Rs2125 and product not received no tracking details.

So, this incident took place on 9th February, 2024.I was scrolling through the Instagram feed and just stumbled upon one of the Instagram ads featuring a work from home for Shopify.The role was of a Customer Support Executive where I was given the task to place orders for the customers for which I will be receiving commission on each order placed.I was too content to take this job but little did I know what I was getting myself into.I was assigned a tutor by a mutual contact (the person who referred my credentials to the tutor) who was guiding me step by step.I was asked to recharge my Shopify account with an initial investment of ₹ 300/- to start working for Shopify but I didn't know that I will have to do this everytime I would be placing an order failing which the merchant will freeze my account, so that I cannot continue my tasks assigned to me.I had almost done all the tasks but the final 3 tasks, they were asking me to recharge my account with ₹ 7000/- where I lost complete trust in them.So, eventually I wasn't able to complete the final tasks, pertaining to that they frozen my Shopify account so I could not continue with my remaining tasks.So, I informed my tutor regarding the same but she was telling me again and again that this will be the last time I would recharge my account.After that, I would be able to withdraw my entire earning with commission from my Shopify account to my bank account.I told her that I am unable to recharge my account with such big amount of ₹ 7000/- but she didn't.I even told her that please give me back all my money without the commission as I wasn't able to complete the tasks assigned to me by them.She has deactivated her WhatsApp account and has gone dark since then.The person who set me up with that tutor is active on WhatsApp but she is not responding to my texts at all.Her name is Komal Sharma and the name of the tutor is Kalpana Sharma who has gone dark from WhatsApp.I recharged my Shopify account with a total amount of ₹ 4911/-(money which is freezed in my Shopify account as I am unable to withdraw it to my bank account)to no avail.Please help me atleast recover my money which I used to recharge my Shopify account.I would be forever thankful to you people on the other side.

This is the worst experience i've ever had, I've recieved an old used jeans instead of 2 cargos with so many plastic bags with multiple addresses. Kindly guide me through the return process and to get a refund of my money.

I had received a multani mitti pack of 100 gram but I have ordered a rechargeable torch of rupees, 799 there is no return option and no contact number,
