Debasish Roy — tatasky is not working

Tarasky is not working and as such we can not watch tv's without any reason, weather is good. But you are announcing because of bad weather tatasky is not receiving signals. This is a regular feature. We are requesting you to take proper action immediately. You are increasing charges regularly, closing the other chanel's one by one, but the servicing quality is worsening day by day. We don't want to have any confrontation with you taking drastic steps against you.
