Decathlon — All weather hiking shoes

I purchased all weather hiking shoes from Decathlon zirakpur (Punjab) worth Rs. 2799/- on 18.12.2016 and at the time of purchase i was told that the shoe has two years warranty, but unfortunately the shoe got torned (tampered) within one month of purchase from left side (Photo attached). I visited Decathlon Zirakpur twice but the representative says that the warranty only covers sole portion of the shoes and we cannot do anything for this fault only company can do something for you and we filed an e-mail to company's site and we will get back to you when the company's reverted that mail. Sir i am a regular customer of decathlon zirakpur and purchased three pair of shoes and so much stuff from the store with full satisfaction, but this time i m totally unsatisfied from this pair of shoe and also the behaviour of decathlon Zirakpur employees. your early revert for this query is anitcipated otherwise i will take help of consumer forum.
