I ordered a product on 11/1/2026. However the product had some issues . Therefore I raised the issue to decathlon customer service provider through emails but they are not providing me any return .
Moreover the return option is not available even though the product is sold by decathlon.
Please kindly help my issue get resolved at earliest.

I checked items ater opening the box and found one item is missing. One jecket is missing from box. After that i mailed to customer care. Customer replied after 2-3 days. Please help me in below case.

I have purchased a pair of shoes from Decathlon. There was some issue in that shoe so i visited to store and they have taken my request for money refund on 2nd of September'2021. Today is 27th of September still money not refunded. As per their written process i have shared my bank details for refund but still i am having an issue with them.

Please help...

The shoes were in warranty and the sole was damaged. They refused to take a look at it, saying that i had overused the shoes. That the warranty is not valid as the shoes are used. Fake warranty promises and they don't even issue warranty cards, so we can't do anything later. The shoes came with 2 years warranty. It is torn already from multiple places. The quality was not up to the mark in the first place and they have extraordinary cost...

I have purchased shoes from decathlon Gwalior RUN ACTIVE M SHOES 1 BLACK YELLOW UK 8.5 ITEM CODE-4406210 HSN CODE[protected] which later I found was defective. I approached Decathlon Gwalior after 3 days and they refused to change them. I am now in kaithal haryana. I want my shoes to be exchanged with a no defect shoe as it is a manufacturing defect in shoes or refund of full amount my mobile number is [protected]

I have received my order number: 17607251 incomplete and damaged packing stage, for the references i have attached photographs here with this Email .
I Had ordered for 2 Items:
1. MEN Winter Jacket - Water proof SH500(Missed from packet)
2. MEN WInter Pant - Water Repellent

Both are of the brand QUECHUA. thats were delivered by your representative Mr. Rupinderjeet Singh([protected]) in such a bad conditions that were handed over to my mother, at the time of delivery mother has complaint about the damage of seal that man had guided her that its damaged already in transportation and he is not aware about the detail items that are packed inside of this packet and got delivery code from her to get register complaint of it by saying this lie to my mother he moved away from there.

As I was out of town, my Mother called me and informed me about that incident, When checked properly It is Found That MEN Winter Jacket - Waterproof SH500 was not inside the packet, only the Winter Pant was in there. i called on number [protected] to Rupinderjeet Singh he intimated me that he had no authority to open any box and box was dispatched in that worst condition from Decathlon Store and same he had handed over and suggested me that i should return the packet by selecting the option" Item Missing from Package".

I am requesting you to resolve my issue ASAP aside from it, kindly take disciplinary action against Delivery Boy Mr. Rupinderjeet Singh for mishandling of the Order Package and not providing proper support.

I have initiated a return on 17th October(the same day i got the product).And they scheduled the pickup on the next day ie 18th October.But they didn't picked up the product, no phone calls also. I mailed to their customer service(care.[protected]@decathlon.com), but no response.Through "need help" section I only get a ticket number of this issue which is 02314471.But the issue has not been resolved.

Hi Team,

I recently placed an order online at Decathlon for a massager. The status of the order after 2 days said delivered but I haven't received the order yet. I tried reaching the customer support via mail, they took 7 days and replied me back with the same delivery status from the delivery partner.

I have booked a trekking event ticket with decathlon belapur (booking ref no is AFSE4D1009353 )on 27th june 2023 with amount 716.72, i have requested cancellation and event tickets has been cancelled by customer care but refund has not been initiated till now, i have mailed to customer care 4- 5 times, and also meet to store personnel personally, they are denied for refund by giving reason its bank fault but actually transaction has not been initiated to source from decathlon.

kindly do the needful and help me to refund my money back.

I am a mother if a 9year old son and yesterday i visited Decathlon Sarjapura Road in Bangalore. To my surprise all the gym equipment's like - Treadmill, Cross trainer, Standing Cycles were stationed in the entrance and Kids aged 2 - 10 were on them, They were running, using equipment's at the fastest pace. There was board which said "Not for Kids" but no one was adhering. When contacted Staff, Store Manager and Security Manager, the response was that the board should be enough and they don't hold accountability of anyone getting injured.
I seek this to your attention as a small accident due to the equipment will cause a major injury to the kids (even life threatening).
This should be addressed :
1. Board cannot be enough. Equipment's such as these should be manned by a guard
2. Equipment's such as these should not be at the entrance
3. There should be a gated block so that Kids so not enter

I bought kalanji shoes vide order no mentioned ibid. It is hereby submitted that said item was under warranty till Feb 2024. However, it has been damaged before warranty period .
Therefore it is requested that said item mya be replaced or return as soon as possible.order I'd- [protected]

1) Product was delivered on November 5 (it was supposed to be delivered on November 3 but the recipient had already left the house because he was in town for Diwali and so didn't want it). Your courier partner, Jatish Kamat ([protected]), marked the package as delivered online but never actually handed it over. He later requested us to accept it and return it because he only gets paid a few rupees per delivery, we immediately request the return of the product on your courier boy's mistake and request.
2) On November 7th, I bought more stuff, which was delivered, however the delivery man took all the return product back with him. We didn't even attempt to open the cartoon's box; it was still tightly sealed.
courier partner took the package back after opening it and checking that all 11 things were in it.
3) I checked my account after a month and saw that it still needed to be picked up, thus I realized I still hadn't received my money back.
I tried to get the courier boy's phone number from the call log and sent an email to Decathlon.
4) courier partner boy Jatish Kamat ([protected]), who returned all the goods on December 23rd, kept them all for aroudn two month, with one item missing ( Adult cable-knit wool ski hat grey) cap

courier boy signed a paper to the fact that he has only delivered ten items, one item missing ( I believe courier partner lost it somewhere). We can send a picture of ten items ( one item missing) that your cos. urier partner gave u

We never opened a package, or removed any tag from a product.
this is going on from last two month and this issue and irrelevant issue has cause two much pain and time loss and my effort I would like to return the product and get my money back.
decathlon should take action against courier partner and compensate me and my family for this.

I returned two items ( a t-shirt and a towel). They told me that the refund had successfully been processed. But I haven't received any money.

I am Kamakshya Nath Panda purchased some sports wear and bag from dehradun decathlon store on 18th september 2022. Recently they installed self service payment line where I made two payments of Rs.2296/- and Rs.199/- using my credit card (WIFI service) on my name unfortunate one more transaction of Rs. 2553/- happened using my credit card which I didn't know. After seing my credit card bill statement I got to know about it and immidiately contacted to decathlon customer care. They suggested me to mail on care.[protected]@decathlon.com along with details of transactions. I did that 4 day ago till now I didn't received any respond from them. Even I have contacted dehradun decathlon store and they have ensure me that they will look into the matter unfortunately till now I didn't get any respond regarding this.
Kindly take this type of issues seriously, as soon as possible.

I have not received my refund based on my return in June month.

Return request raised and confirmed on 17th July 2022 but no one appeared for the pickup for a month. I tried to contact the Decathlon service center through the app but it somehow redirect to a Decathlon page where there is no way to contact the service agent. After multiple search for multiple days i found an email ID for contacting. I sent the return request details and asked for the status. After a day two I got a message that the return will be picked up and I got a call as well. The pickup agent informed me that there is some road block so he will come the next day. When i called him the next day he informed me that he was in some other location called Godavarikhani and informed he that he will come the next day. On the 2nd day i called him again he said the same thing that he is in Godavarikhani and he will be coming for the pickup at later time. I'm still waiting for the pickup person to show up... What a pathetic service guys... I have all the evidence regarding the return requests and the phone call recordings... Don't make me sue you legally...

This email is regarding complain about your Decathlon service, I bought an shoe on[protected], but after 4 months o[censored]sing it the gum of the shoe is detached, and it seems that a faulty piece has handed to us.
After visiting store, many a times, only excuses are being given by the team there.
Requesting you to look into this issue, and as promised, offer replacement for the same shoes!

I've ordered a pair of Field hockey shoes with Decathlon where in the application it shows as Delivered, I or anyone concerned to me didn't receive the product yet
