Got Defective shoes but decathlon Gwalior refused to change them within 14 days

I have purchased shoes from decathlon Gwalior RUN ACTIVE M SHOES 1 BLACK YELLOW UK 8.5 ITEM CODE-4406210 HSN CODE[protected] which later I found was defective. I approached Decathlon Gwalior after 3 days and they refused to change them. I am now in kaithal haryana. I want my shoes to be exchanged with a no defect shoe as it is a manufacturing defect in shoes or refund of full amount my mobile number is [protected]

Return and Refund
I have initiated a return on 17th October(the same day i got the product).And they scheduled the pickup on the next day ie 18th October.But they didn't picked up the product, no phone calls also. I mailed to their customer service(care.[protected]@decathlon.com), but no response.Through "need help" section I only get a ticket number of this issue which is 02314471.But the issue has not been resolved.

I checked items ater opening the box and found one item is missing. One jecket is missing from box. After that i mailed to customer care. Customer replied after 2-3 days. I have booked a trekking event ticket with decathlon belapur (booking ref no is AFSE4D1009353 )on 27th june 2023 with amount 716.72, i have requested cancellation and event tickets has been cancelled by customer care but refund has not been initiated till now, i have mailed to customer care 4- 5 times, and also meet to store personnel personally, they are denied for refund by giving reason its bank fault but actually transaction has not been initiated to source from decathlon.

I am a mother if a 9year old son and yesterday i visited Decathlon Sarjapura Road in Bangalore. To my surprise all the gym equipment's like - Treadmill, Cross trainer, Standing Cycles were stationed in the entrance and Kids aged 2 - 10 were on them, They were running, using equipment's at the fastest pace. There was board which said "Not for Kids" but no one was adhering. When contacted Staff, Store Manager and Security Manager, the response was that the board should be enough and they don't hold accountability of anyone getting injured.
I seek this to your attention as a small accident due to the equipment will cause a major injury to the kids (even life threatening).
This should be addressed :
1. Board cannot be enough. Equipment's such as these should be manned by a guard
2. Equipment's such as these should not be at the entrance
3. There should be a gated block so that Kids so not enter

Courier and return

1) Product was delivered on November 5 (it was supposed to be delivered on November 3 but the recipient had already left the house because he was in town for Diwali and so didn't want it). Your courier partner, Jatish Kamat ([protected]), marked the package as delivered online but never actually handed it over. He later requested us to accept it and return it because he only gets paid a few rupees per delivery, we immediately request the return of the product on your courier boy's mistake and request.
2) On November 7th, I bought more stuff, which was delivered, however the delivery man took all the return product back with him. We didn't even attempt to open the cartoon's box; it was still tightly sealed.
courier partner took the package back after opening it and checking that all 11 things were in it.
3) I checked my account after a month and saw that it still needed to be picked up, thus I realized I still hadn't received my money back.
I tried to get the courier boy's phone number from the call log and sent an email to Decathlon.
4) courier partner boy Jatish Kamat ([protected]), who returned all the goods on December 23rd, kept them all for aroudn two month, with one item missing ( Adult cable-knit wool ski hat grey) cap
courier boy signed a paper to the fact that he has only delivered ten items, one item missing ( I believe courier partner lost it somewhere). We can send a picture of ten items ( one item missing) that your cos. urier partner gave u

I requested a complaint and recieved many ticket no but till now No process has been done to solve the problem. I recieved a mail for the refund on 4rd december but till now no credit has been done to my account. Please help me out. I am a daily decathlon customer and user and quite frankly I lost faith in decathlon as of now

Return request raised and confirmed on 17th July 2022 but no one appeared for the pickup for a month. I tried to contact the Decathlon service center through the app but it somehow redirect to a Decathlon page where there is no way to contact the service agent. After multiple search for multiple days i found an email ID for contacting. I sent the return request details and asked for the status. After a day two I got a message that the return will be picked up and I got a call as well. The pickup agent informed me that there is some road block so he will come the next day. When i called him the next day he informed me that he was in some other location called Godavarikhani and informed he that he will come the next day. On the 2nd day i called him again he said the same thing that he is in Godavarikhani and he will be coming for the pickup at later time. I'm still waiting for the pickup person to show up... What a pathetic service guys... I have all the evidence regarding the return requests and the phone call recordings... Don't make me sue you legally...

After visiting store, many a times, only excuses are being given by the team there.
Requesting you to look into this issue, and as promised, offer replacement for the same shoes!

Shoes sole damage

The shoes were in warranty and the sole was damaged. They refused to take a look at it, saying that i had overused the shoes. That the warranty is not valid as the shoes are used. Fake warranty promises and they don't even issue warranty cards, so we can't do anything later. The shoes came with 2 years warranty.

I had returned a football shoe and socks on 26th June, 2022, order ID bearing [protected], for which I have still not received the refund despite following-up with the outlet that I bought the products from ( JP Nagar, Bengaluru), checking with the customer service via phone and email multiple times. I had returned a football shoe and socks on 26th June, 2022, order ID bearing [protected], for which I have still not received the refund despite following-up with the outlet that I bought the products from ( JP Nagar, Bengaluru), checking with the customer service via phone and email multiple times. Please contact the company to return my money immediately.

Who are you to ask that. He was like then don't touch the cycles. Then I tried to ask his name and he said what will you do I won't tell you my name and even his I'd card was hidden and flipped I have also noticed all of the employees I'd were flipped or better word will be hidden . Then I was there looking for some cycling accessories and then the manager (I think because he was in white shirt and black trousers) he didn't said any thing but he forced to go down and see the written policy. To which I replied you can show me here on your website or you can mail me the same. Even after this he continued to bother me and just stuck with me for wherever I go. In the end i cancled my order and get out of the store. I didn't know If there is some sort of policy so how can I follow it. Was not there to Rome around and do something stupid there I was there to purchase some stuff. Or let that be aside if I am there I am you and I deserve respect or I should 100% be respected. After all this he didn't even apologize and misbehaved till the end of the moment. I demand as a loyal customer of decathlon a strict action against him because that was a disrespect of me in front of 10s of people's. If not

Didn't recieve refund and new order
I returned a product and I didn't recieve the refund. I ordered a new product which was prepaid and I didn't recieve the new product as well. I mailed to them twice still the issue didn't get resolved. I tried to call the customer care service but the call wasn't answered.
