Decathlon — Btwin bike repair RR 520

My sons bike that i purchased from decathlon in coventry needed a small repair so i gave the bike on monday 1st may, to a member of staff in decathlon who confidently told me it would be ready 2 to 3 days time. This was ideal as my son needed bike for the weekend.. After 4 days i phoned decathlon to see progress of the bike i was informed wouldn't be ready until tues 9th may. My son was greatly disappointed but new there was a lot we could do. Again tue 9th may arrived and no phone call from decathlon i was very angry so i drove to the shop as phone calls got me no were. I asked to speak to someone as i was going to remove the bike and get it fixed somewhere else.. I was apologised ton and again promised my sons bike was now priority and would be fixed by fri 12th may i agreed and left the shop.. Come friday again no bike no phone call. We went away for weekend on return my husband went into the shop on monday 15th may outraged by the service my husband spoke to assistant manager simon who said we wouldn't be charged for the repair and my son can have a free front tire on bike and he personally quarantined bike be done thursday 18th may. I was delighted to get a text 18th may and email to say my sons bike was ready. My son came with me very excited and angry at the same time,,,, but the big shock when i got to decathlon showed the email and text... The bike isn't ready...
I nearly hit the floor i called the actual store manager over as i wasn't leaving the shop i spoke to deargo who was very nice and pleasant i was introduced to the bike technician craig denny who was rude to me. Said he was also supposed to put anew front wheel tire as promised for free he snapped at me and said no chance do it yourself.. I was very confused at his resposne the manager deargo took my sons bike to the side and fixed the problem himself i came back in an hour and the bike was done.. Im totally disgusted how this went on ive never known such terrible service and felt the need to complain, my son has been heart broken over length of time he was without his bike. My son is only 13 and has autism and his bike is his life and i didn't need such a long drawn out catastrophe on such a small bike repair.
