Decathlon — Items are missing

I have order 3 t shirts and 2 track pant but only one 1 track pant is delivered and rest items were missing from the packet and inter packet was completely torn.

I have raised the complaint but decathlon is not responding on my mail and they are saying we already deliverd your product and blaming on me that I have stolen the item.

I have already provided all the what they asked for .
