I m customer of Decathlon for past 3 years with this impression that they deliver what they says, but today when i went to Decathlon Zikarpur Singhpura village store to show them detached pasting of shoes which I purchased from them . During the time of purchase I was told two years guarantee for all types of pasting but now they say pasting of sole with upper part of shoe is covered under guarantee .

The attended at store was not even keen to listen my complaint and said you can file complaint direct to company if you want to .
I think the expire of guarantee period is close so they want to waste the time .
Moreover, i want to say that the store is 70 kms far from my place and I specially went to the store with my genuine complaint.
