I ordered a product on 18 nov with order id [protected] and I speedily recieved the product on 25th November .However one of the product ( reference no 2984937) was not good so I decided to return the product wherein the return was confirmed but as of now the product is still with me since the delivery person has not taken the returned product. I requested a complaint with many ticket no but till now No process has been done to solve the problem. Please help me out. I am a daily decathlon customer and user and quite frankly I lost faith in decathlon as of now.
