Decathlon — on online payment also didn't get my products

On 9th may 2018, i had placed an online order for 4 items in decathlon. After 6 tries, my bank account was deducted of 1195 rs, but i never got any confirmation msg from decathlon. After subsequent calls to their customer care, i was told i would be refunded of my money.
On 29th may 9.09 am i got an email from decathlon to review the purchased items which i have not received until now.
They are not refunding my money nor the items.

Updated by Sandya71867676 Decathlon is arguing that they didn't get my payment, then how is it possible that they email me the product review of the purchased items. It's already 21 days and I have no sign of my money or the items. It has been a gruelling and horrific experience.

I have ordered decathlon jacket and a tshirt of worth rupees 3099 on January 9, 2019 but when i got my courier on 17 of January 2019 there was a women legging in the courier of rupees 699
Moreover there was no bill with or in the courier .

Teach your receptionst how to speak to customer and also behaving with customer.How you can irresponsible to hire such stupid candidate.If you have little bit of common sense and cleverness fired such ### from your shop.Your product quality is extremely good but your receptionist language is not good for your progress.
