Decathlon — Online Order Status say's delivered but I didn't receive the order

I recently placed an order online at Decathlon for a massager. The status of the order after 2 days said delivered but I haven't received the order yet. I tried reaching the customer support via mail, they took 7 days and replied me back with the same delivery status from the delivery partner.

I request you too get my money refunded from them
