Decathlon — Online ordered 11 items but received 8: Want refund from decathlon

Hi,

This is regarding my Online decathlon order, Order ID: [protected].

I have ordered a total of 11 items through Decathlon online APP.

When I received the delivery there were 8 items present in the delivery box and 3 missings.

I couldn't find any option rather than email to Decathlon Email ID: care.[protected]@decathlon.com. I immediately sent an email regarding the issue to the decathlon.

But in response, they are saying that they have delivered everything from their end they can't do anything.

I have taken a lot of follow-ups for the same issue with the decathlon customer support team but getting the same response that it's not their fault.

I want a refund for the items which were not delivered to me.

Just wanted to update the Order ID for which I am complaining its Order ID: [protected](not Order ID: [protected]).

same happened to me recently. They are just giving replies that they are in no fault and also that they cannot verify with the delivery person. how insensitive of them.
