This is regarding my Online decathlon order, Order ID: [protected].
I have ordered a total of 11 items through Decathlon online APP.
When I received the delivery there were 8 items present in the delivery box and 3 missings.
I couldn't find any option rather than email to Decathlon Email ID: care.[protected]@decathlon.com. I immediately sent an email regarding the issue to the decathlon.
But in response, they are saying that they have delivered everything from their end they can't do anything.
I have taken a lot of follow-ups for the same issue with the decathlon customer support team but getting the same response that it's not their fault.
I want a refund for the items which were not delivered to me. Was this information helpful? |
