I have placed an order online on 11th Aug'21 for Rockrider cycle S10. Order number 6833272. As per the confirmation it was suppose to be delivred by 14th Aug. After several follow-ups from my side still it is not delivered till today.
They have one of the pathetic illeterate customer service. U will never go through the call as their executives are dammmmm busy. If you ask for the call back the illeterates will never call back.
@Steve Dykes: Never expected this from atleast a reputed brand name like this. U should definetley look into your cutomer service and delivery partners.

The bike was booked on 7th September 2021 from your website whose order number is 7256521. Its delivery date was 17 september 2021 bike not delivered yet.
