Decathlon — Refund money Problem

This is to inform you that I have purchase one pair of shoes through online order.
but due to size problem i have to return the product on same date.

by mistake i have chose the refund way in gift card. my order id - [protected]
i have order on dated 26.03.22 & i have pick the product from store on dated 30.03.22
same day in evening I have return the product. i have visited 2 time at store but nobody give me positive responce .

i have mail to decathlon id, , but no reply receive ..I request you please help to release the refund..
