Decathlon — Refund not received

I have received a used pair of shoes and upon requesting for return multiple times they have picked my shoes. It has been more than 10days I have not received my money back and they stopped responding to emails and calls.

This is extremely unprofessional of reputed company like Decathlon, please help me get my refund.
