I have initiated a return on 17th October(the same day i got the product).And they scheduled the pickup on the next day ie 18th October.But they didn't picked up the product, no phone calls also. I mailed to their customer service(care.[protected]@decathlon.com), but no response.Through "need help" section I only get a ticket number of this issue which is 02314471.But the issue has not been resolved.

I want refund after picking up.I am enclosing the picture having the AWB number
