Return request raised and confirmed on 17th July 2022 but no one appeared for the pickup for a month. I tried to contact the Decathlon service center through the app but it somehow redirect to a Decathlon page where there is no way to contact the service agent. After multiple search for multiple days i found an email ID for contacting. I sent the return request details and asked for the status. After a day two I got a message that the return will be picked up and I got a call as well. The pickup agent informed me that there is some road block so he will come the next day. When i called him the next day he informed me that he was in some other location called Godavarikhani and informed he that he will come the next day. On the 2nd day i called him again he said the same thing that he is in Godavarikhani and he will be coming for the pickup at later time. I'm still waiting for the pickup person to show up... What a pathetic service guys... I have all the evidence regarding the return requests and the phone call recordings... Don't make me sue you legally... Was this information helpful? |
