Then I tried to ask his name and he said what will you do I won't tell you my name and even his I'd card was hidden and flipped I have also noticed all of the employees I'd were flipped or better word will be hidden . Then I was there looking for some cycling accessories and then the manager (I think because he was in white shirt and black trousers) he didn't said any thing but he forced to go down and see the written policy. To which I replied you can show me here on your website or you can mail me the same. Even after this he continued to bother me and just stuck with me for wherever I go. In the end i cancled my order and get out of the store. I didn't know If there is some sort of policy so how can I follow it. Was not there to Rome around and do something stupid there I was there to purchase some stuff. Or let that be aside if I am there I am you and I deserve respect or I should 100% be respected. After all this he didn't even apologize and misbehaved till the end of the moment. I demand as a loyal customer of decathlon a strict action against him because that was a disrespect of me in front of 10s of people's. If not
