Deckup Furniture — Furniture

I ordered a swing on 24 October 2020 through deckup site. As there was on pay on cash option. I paid through debit card. I even got a mail for that, but after the money has been debited, no other information like tracking id I got, so I sent a mail to deckup and they told this order number does not belong to them. So now where did our money go. How can we get back the money.
