Deckup Furniture Complaints & Reviews

The seller has sent the furniture which started developing fungus post 3 days of installation. This has caused health and skin allergies to me and my family. I urge the seller to replace the furniture or provide full refund....

I ordered a swing on 24 October 2020 through deckup site. As there was on pay on cash option. I paid through debit card. I even got a mail for that, but after the money has been debited, no other information like tracking id I got, so I sent a mail to deckup and they told this order number does not belong to them. So now where did our money go. How can we get back the money....

I had placed an order for double seated garden swing. Payment was collected by them through UPI mode. They sent an immediate confirmation mail with the order no & delivery date & now the no. seems to have become defunct or has blocked me. On my personal enquiry with my bank, the amount has been transferred into the ICICI ACCOUNT OF CENOTAPH BRANCH CHENNAI.
PLS HELP AND HELP ME RECOVER MY AMOUNT FROM SUCH FRAUD SITES AND SAVE OTHERS...

Ordered a product on 12th October of worth 13K. Since there was no other payment method available other than UPI, made the payment through Google Pay. From the next day unable to login to the website for checking the order status and the only contact number available (whats app) always post the product catalog and recently the mobile is switch off.

Request for refund the amount which i paid....
