I ordered a bookshelf on aug 12 2023 from deckup via flipkart which costed around 10k . the product was innitially damaged which got replaced after a lot of mails, complains and calls. later after a months the planks got bend from the middle for which i registered a complain but there was no response from their side which made us wait a long period of time . later when they responded the vistor confirmed a replacement of planks by sharing the photos to his team. now after 2weeks they are denying replacement saying the product is out of policy . they just delay the response to the complain and then deny for providing the service. need an replacement.
