Manufacturing issue
The plank got bend in one month only and since then you people are giving the same excuses till date.. the date are increasing because of the delay caused by you. sometimes it is either your visitor or by the responds from the company. this is very disrespectful that the company came out as a fraud by not even accepting their fault that the product had a manufacturing defect. and this was itself claimed by your visitor only. everytime your your visitor comes he does something that makes the product worst, last time he came he loosen up one of the door and now its not closing. they just intend to take time so that they can say that it is an old product .

Furniture issue
I ordered a bookshelf on aug 12 2023 from deckup via flipkart which costed around 10k . the product was innitially damaged which got replaced after a lot of mails, complains and calls. later after a months the planks got bend from the middle for which i registered a complain but there was no response from their side which made us wait a long period of time . later when they responded the vistor confirmed a replacement of planks by sharing the photos to his team. now after 2weeks they are denying replacement saying the product is out of policy . they just delay the response to the complain and then deny for providing the service. need an replacement.

Fraudulent money deduction from website

My money got deducted from Phonepe UPI app while i was ordering on DECKUP website to the name HItesh Ahuja even without my pin approval. This happened on 28/10/20 the value for the product was Rs.9848 i got transaction details on the UPI app but not order confirmation on DECKUP. I tried calling on available cusomer care numbers but all are giving fraudulant responses.

I, Soma Bhattacharya, bought 2 furnitures from this website. They have confirmed the payment and sent confirmed invoices through my gmail account. Two invoices cost around 30000/-. Neither they have delivered the furnitures nor they are taking any phn calls or their whatsapp number is working. Please do the needful to get our hard earned money back and punish the culprits.Theur website is still active and they are cheating people.

I've ordered 4 things from as website www.deckup.in..
After talking and chatting customer care on WhatsApp till that time he was fully cooperating but as I I paid the amount and asked for shipping details he told it will be shared within 3-4 days time.
After that I kept asking him on WhatsApp and calling him but he blocked me.
After Thor research I came to know that it is a fraud website is operating since 2019.
And still is earning money by doing this fraud.
Be aware of such fraud websites.
Always check the authenticity of website online by seeing the reviews.

I have not received any payment confirmation nor any order confirmation from Deckup. Contacted them via the WhatsApp no. provided and no response received.

Yesterday we saw an advt on browser of deckup furniture company. They sale their products at low cost. So we order swing two seater of amt 4749. When we made payment through upi msg display on screen i[censored]r order accepted then we deliver u and other wise ur payment back in 3 day we update u in 30min.. But after that we didn't receive any confirmation and msg.. We tried to contact them on their given WhatsApp no but they didn't reply.. Later we found that its online fraud.. What we do know. Company WhatsApp chat no is. [protected].

I Have Ordered The Furniture Sofa Set And Study Table On 26th September 2020. I Got The Mail Confirmed And Estimate Delivery Is 4th October. I Wait Until The Date And Asked Them Through Whatsapp Number. Due To Covid They Said October 7th 2020 Will Ship. Again When I Asked There Is No Response. I Tried With Other Number Asking For My Order Status Again They Said 11th Only Going To Ship. Again I Wait For Until Date. When I Contact Them They Didn't Respond Back. I Tried With Other Number Again No Response. Till Now I Didnot Receive My Order. Even Unable To Cancel My Order In Website. I Lost My Money 14848

I have ordered Furniture through an online protal "DeckUp" of Which i got the details through a watsapp business account([protected]). Before ordering the product i verified with the seller on watsapp[on above mentioned number] whether the Website is Genuine or not. He assured that it is genuine and being managed from 2012 and the payment gateways are associated with Axisbank. After ordering the product i did not get any confirmation mail or message except a link from the seller which will always shows that the order placed successfully. 31stDec2019 is the promissed order delivery date. But i have not received the order when contacted the seller he blocked on watsapp on both of my numbers. I have paid 14000 through my Debit Card. Please help to get my money back.

Even i have ordered Wardrobe on 25th Dec. and they have not delivered plus seller is not available on phone and whts App. Even their website is not working now.

I think we lost our money. Its a fraud, online shopping fraud. Need to compliant to nearby police station.
We ordered sofa in these site they gave all the details...site is also available..they told they deliver in 6days after that there site nd Mobile are not working...such fraud ... please hepl me how get my money...

this SCOUNDREL has changed the name as MODWAY furniture and cheating through google, amazon, flipkart sites, his items are available in those sites, when you select the item and pay the amount, u will be sent an email, about payment received, thnx and by a weeks time you wont receive any sms, email, or phone ...nothing, ur money is gone, i got cheated too because, the items are available when you type the requirement in google and it navigates to their site, , we are getting cheated like that.. i lodged a complaint in cybercrime, they said to go to the nearest policestation and file an FIR for the problem. if everybody can easily go to police station, and give complaints, we wont face these types of problems, how should we solve this problem, without govt (already we are getting cheated by many means, now this too, ) any good hacker(human) is there to help us and get us our money back and save us from all the culprits on this earth.

I too got fooled from this fake seller and fake site, i hope this site is operating from outside india, if it is in india we still have a little hope, i think we should have common plotform for further action.
