Deckup.in — I ordered for a swing on 24 October 2020 and until now I have not received any order acknowledgement

I ordered a swing on 24 October, 2020. As there was no pay on delivery, I pa I don't it through debit card. The amount has been deducted. I didn't get any other message after that. I am really worried as in this situation even a rupee matters a lot. It was my hard earned money. Please help me to get the money back. How can they play with us. Please help me
