Hi, we bought a shoe rack from deck up company around 6 months back. The same has been broken from one door. We need to have a person visit us to rectify the same.

I have ordered a swing chair paying Rs.4999/- via UPI payment mode on 12th oct 2020 and received a confirmation mail stating a thanks for order no OD[protected] and also confirmed the rescript of payment and delivery date was mentioned on 24th oct 2020. Later i have messaged on what's app several times to check the status of delivery. Lastly on 21st oct 2020 received a message. And whatsapp was blocked.
I have been cheated by DECKUP.IN

While I was searching for the furniture to buy I got an add of a website called Deckup.in a online platform to buy furniture at cheapest prices.
I have ordered sofa cum bed of worth 10, 640 and also booked four dining chairs of Rs.5, 000. The total amount 15, 640, I paid it through Upi(PhonePe).

I have booked on 2nd October and he said the product will be delivered within 15 days. But I didn't get my product after 20days also. I tried calling him and texted but no response received from the company.
And then I have noticed that the website was fraud one.

Here I am attaching the product details, message to mail when I ordered and the transaction details.
Kindly take an action on the website and the fraud sellers. Please help me to get the refund.

I have ordered a swing chair from deckup.in of Rs 4048 from this website on 23 Oct 2020. Since there was no Cash on delivery the payment was made online. The payment was successfully done. But got no response response from their side. Tried calling the sales number and WhatsApp number given in their website. The numbers are not working and couldn't connect. Its 14 days i have ordered and still not recievd the product or any response from their side.

I([protected], Mobile No. [protected]) have booked BED AND COTT furniture from www.Deckup.in online shopping portal on 16th OCT, 2020 after paying via Phonepe UPI([protected]@ybl). There was no Pay on delivery option, Hence we had to pay via PhonePe UPI. We have contacted the sales person on whatsapp no. [protected] and placed our orders. Now the furniture has not been delivered to us till now (Given delivery date as 29 th Oct 2020) and the sales person is not answering our message or calls on whatsapp. Order No. OD[protected] Payment Reference:[[protected]] Amount: 21520, Order No. OD[OD[protected]] Above orders are not delivered and no response from Deckup Fraud Sales PIC on whatsapp. The IP No's from which they are running this website is ww.deckup.in./172.67.159.167 & ww.deckup.in./104.31.94.244 and the location is shown as Dalla, Texas, United States. I have registered my complaint with cybercrime India. However i think all o[censored]s have to register USA.gov & ftc.gov so that they take the utmost care to block this website and also catch the fraudster where ever he is. The deckup.in website is still working and there should not be any person trapped with this fraud.

I had placed the order on 20th Oct and order was supposed to be delivered on 2nd Nov but there is signs of it. After researching further I came across this forum and similar complaints. I got duped of 9500.
I have a order details and payment transaction ID as an evidence. Is there anyway I can get my money back? Or at least how do we ensure people behind this scam gets punished?

I ordered a swing on 24 October, 2020. As there was no pay on delivery, I pa I don't it through debit card. The amount has been deducted. I didn't get any other message after that. I had booked furnitures such as 3 nos king size bed cots amounting to Rs. 39373/- and king size matresses ammounting to Rs.16729/- respectively (thus total ammount Rs.56102/- rupees fifty six thousand one hundred two only) in online website www.Deckup.In on 28.10.2020 evening at 9:49 pm /9:58 pm and this ammount was transacted from my icici savings bank a/c no.[protected] via phonepe and paid to hitesh ahuja.Transaction id & reference id as below.

I didn’t receive the materails too on 30.10.2020 as committed in their website.

I've ordered a Tv unit from Deckup.in website on 25th october and my money of 8249/- got deducted from my bank account but the order isn't delivered yet and the website isn't opening since yesterday and the contact details they have given on the website also not working..i have raised a complaint on this to the Deckup.com through mail but i didt receive any response from them...please consider this complaint..!!

Deckupin fraud website. its tottaly fraud. complaint also megistered with cyber crime please shalve and save people.

We have ordered one bed through this site. We have all proof regarding payments and transaction now we have not recieved any order and unable to contact anyone now.plz suggestsome way out, how can we get our money refund.

Even I was cheated by this fraudster "www.deckup.in" I had placed the order
on 25 October 2020. I paid the website an amount of 19, 284 Rs. for the
item. Upon payment, I received an invoice for the same. When I tried
contacting the contact number given on the website the day after, the
number was not reachable. I even tried contacting them on email. Later on
Googling, I got an email address, contacting whom I came to know that the
site is fake and they have been cheating the people by using the name of
Deck Up India whose original website is(www.deckup.shop).
I have filed complaint against them on cybercrime.gov.in
I guess the local authorities follows up with the complaint.
Central government authorities need to take a note of this
Hope the culprits are caught soon and money returned to the victims.

Hi i have placed an order for Italian Hot Pressed Laminate Finish With Glossy Front Coard Hydraulic Storage King Bed With 2 Side Table Free, Melamine on 27th oct 2020 through Deckup website and I have paid Rs. 8049 via phonepe as they were accepting payments only through UPI. After payment wanted to recheck my order but was not able to and then I tried reaching their whatsApp number [protected] but it was not connected. I got skeptical but thought of waiting a day as I placed the order in the night. Next day I got an email from Deckup stating that my order#OD[protected] is under processing status and I should be getting the order by 8th Nov. Then I again tried reaching them but there number is still not working. From then every day I am checking their website and contact details and today I see their website is not reachable. Hence I tried researching more about this website and found many complaints are launched against them. So please help me get my refund

However this product didnt delivered to us. Their customer care number is [protected] which is not reachable now.

Ordered 2 TV units and one indoor swing from the website Deckup.in on 11th October and the payment was made using UPI as cash on delivery was not available.

After placing the order, got an email confirmation from email id sale.[protected]@gmail.com mentioning that the product will be delivered by October 23rd.

Followed with them around 20th Oct on the order status through WhatsApp no. ([protected]) given on their website Deckup.in to which got a response that you will get an SMS as soon as the furniture is shipped.

After that there is no communication, even the number is not connecting and the WhatsApp account has become a normal account from a business account.

I ordered a gaming chair from deckUp.in and due to low price and the secured connection on the website and SSL certification on the time of payment i had no doubt but after some time i realized that the site is an fraud and i want my refund

We found a good sofa with reasonable price listed there also they claimed to be have presence on Amazon&flipcart,
hence we contacted on whatsapp no.[protected] listed on website
On whatsapp Mr.Avinash confirmed about the sofa details and prices for customised size of sofa as Rs 12000/-
On 1st Oct i decided to order and hence contacted them to first which they send me Bar Code for UPI payment
Since payment was more then Rs2000/-my UPI transaction declined, to which he asked me to order it from website
and pay the same.
I Ordered it and paid from there website using Phone-Pe UPI ([protected]@ybl) for similar product with diffrent size of cost Rs-12999/-

I had ordered for a swing and did not receive the order . Not even got refund

While browsing i got a ad about the furniture with its website details www.deckup.in when checked it found attractive furniture i got mesmerized and placed an order. By paying through upi. Rs25427/-.
My point is it is operating its website fraudulent but why isn't any one or cyber crime is not taking any action. When I transfered the amount its for a purchase and he betrays by not selling any . The deposited amount is going into some of our citizens why aren't they punishment

I want to purchase Thomson TV and I paid 5749 through phonepe. But there is nothing info about my order and also company contact number. Cheater...Don't believe deckup.in
