I have paid 90% of the amount to the deejos interiors chennai.It is now 2 years and still following up with them to help in getting my 1 bhk interior completed. website is attractive, but actual will be different . They will tell in 1 week all will be completed, like this it is now 1 year over . Pls be wise in choosing an interior decorator.

As everyone's dream, we bought a house. We wanted to make it dream house and found Deejos interiors on Google. They promise that the execution will be completed 30 days post completion of the design. The design team helped us with the designs. Though the response with the team was delayed continuously, we still had to bear with them. They were constantly pestering about the payment even before the due date. Finally the design was complete and we made the entire payment. And the amount was not a small amount. For salaried folks like me, it was a huge amount. Post the payment, the work did not even start for 30 days. Everytime they came up with new excuses like material not available, carpenter not available, carpenter resigned etc. Meanwhile the person incharge also quit the company. They gave multiple deadlines and none of which they honored. It has been more than 6 months and the work is still pending. In the 6 months, they worked for 3 DAY ONLY!!! The material is lying idle in the site. We were planning for house warming during June 1st week and till now we arent able to go because of the incomplete work. STILL NO WORK IS HAPPENING. They are extremely unprofessional in their talks. We are now stuck with this and not sure how to proceed. Its all the hard earned money and a small dream but all are shattered. Anyone planning pls be cautious and I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANY KIND OF INTERIOR WORK. Extremely saddened and dissatisfied with their work.
1) First of all do not book deejos. If you have chosen, Pay initial payment as low as possible. Never listen to their T&C. Do not sign their T&C. Never pay full amount in advance. (Make sure t&c are not only for customer, organisation should also understand their responsibility. Make your t&c stronger than them)
2) Deejos interiors have lot of crm, managers but no workers. They hire local workers to work. Its much better to choose local carpenters (professional interior). The panels kept inside the deejos office are factory made (just show off) but over the site carpenters are cutting the ply manually and fix, hence no perfection in the work.
3) Never book offer (3.5 lakh), they provide you the cheapest articles. Always ask/check for live articles/stuff mentioned in the offer. Note down the model number (if you like). Never accept anything through photograph, they are fake. They show something and provide something else.
4) Ask for your project CRM and talk to him only, for the complaints/pending work. Smartly they will be keep on switching over to other crm/managers saying "now I will handle you project seriously", but all are the chips of the same block. Later you will be confused who is responsible.
5) Always ask for the start and final date of work in written (very important). From the starting delay itself will prove project is going to delay. In spite of above if you are still stuck, go to S13 police station chrompet, contact inspector Mr. M.v. Manohran. He is now well aware of deejos employees character.
