Deejos is one of the worst company. They delayed my project almost two years ago. So I cancelled my order them not to do with false ceiling. Only completed Modular kitchen. Worst quality. termite swallowed my kitchen entirely now. I lost money and interest now with this modular kitchens due to this company. These pupil are really spoilers for common people

Deejos interiors- "work-ethics" is totally missing from their dictionary. Their poor work quality haunt us even now. their work is worst than any layman's job. Local carpenter would do much more better than them. In Our 4.0 Lakhs project, work is not worth of lakh. Worst laminates, sharp edges, broken mirrors with in 2 months of their work. They make false promises that they give warranty of work for years.. they don't even bother within...

Worst interior company ever. All the team heads are irresponsible and under qualified. None of them do justice to their works. Their work is pathetic, their responses towards the customer is unimaginable. Once you pay the money, they will do the work at their own pace and however they want. We have to get a refund of rs.60, 000/-. Front eh past 2 months they’re simply avoiding us, saying accounts team is still verifying. This company should be blacklisted and should not be allowed to take up any projects.

Wish we could give negative stars to this company. Worst company ever, with no work ethics. The positive reviews written here are by their employees.

We hired their services for our interiors. At the beginning they talk very sweet. They will send quotation and ask you to pay 10% for the site visit by their engineer. Until here its good. Once you pay 50% for the material, they will start delaying your work. Now you have to be behind them. No calls will be answered, no mails will be replied. After a long wait the materials arrived but workers took their own time to do their work. We provided house to stay, still 50% work was pending.

They commit to finish work in one month, after much nagging they finished 90% of work after 3 months. We moved into the house and work was being done for one n half month more. Workers used to arrive at 11:30 or 12:00 and immediately go for lunch, come back by 2 pm and work unitl 5pm and leave. This also happened on the days when they came, in a week you can expect them to come thrice. They are vips.
The work quality was damn poor and finishing... Please dont' ask, you don't feel its a new house. Worst work ethics.

Site manager doesn't respond however you try. We made a whatsapp group with site manager, engineer and senior staff... Except me no body responds or replies, though they read all the messages.

We foolishly paid 100% in advance (As per their terms and conditions) but little did we know that the good reviews on google were created by their own staff. We fell in their trap.

After a long waiting of 4 months we cancelled some accessories like curtains, chimney and bathroom panelled mirrors worth rs.60, 000/- but no refund given till now. They send the curtains for which we paid rs.30, 000, was not worth of 500/- that too without prior selection of colour or texture by us.

They are just thiefs. They will eat up your money. They gave a written warranty of 10 years for their work, leave for years even they didnt do proper finishing in a month. They keep changing their working staff as workers are not paid on time, so they only get cheap quality workers it seems. Nothing is perfect in our interiors.

Already their bangalore offic is closed. Now its turn for chennai office.
Please dont fall into their trap by seeing good reviews on google. Its given by their own team. They will reply some # convincing answer here. Don't believe it.

We have already complained in consumer forum, they got the notice also, but they are least bothered about it. Don't loose your hard earned money to these frauds.

We have suffered a lot, we paid 4, 80, 000 to them. Work is not worth of 2 lakhs also.

Our experience with deejos is as follows

1. Designs agreed didn’t match the original work.
2. Company is not addressing our grievances, neither answering the calls, whatsapp messages or replying to emails.
3. Accessories promised like curtains for doors and windows, chimney, electrical works, mirrors fixations in the bathroom were not delivered in stipulated time. When asked cancellation and refund, they agreed verbally but after 12 days they sent very poor quality curtains without a prior agreement of design & fabric which we rejected due to poor quality.
4. House key was taken by mr. Raj kamal during the initial stages of work, later after we occupied and multiple reminders the key was not returned to us. This is threatening our security
5. All these half-cooked work and poor response from deejos has caused us mental agony and distress to us.
6 they do not allow us to reach their higher authorities to escalate the issue. The activities and communication is only among 4 people -

As everyone's dream, we bought a house. We wanted to make it dream house and found deejos interiors on google. They promise that the execution will be completed 30 days post completion of the design. The design team helped us with the designs. Though the response with the team was delayed continuously, we still had to bear with them. They were constantly pestering about the payment even before the due date. Finally the design was complete and we made the entire payment. And the amount was not a small amount. For salaried folks like me, it was a huge amount. Post the payment, the work did not even start for 30 days. Everytime they came up with new excuses like material not available, carpenter not available, carpenter resigned etc. Meanwhile the person incharge also quit the company. They gave multiple deadlines and none of which they honored. It has been more than 6 months and the work is still pending.in the 6 months, they worked for 3 day only!!! The material is lying idle in the site. We were planning for house warming during june 1st week and till now we arent able to go because of the incomplete work. Still no work is happening. They are extremely unprofessional in their talks. We are now stuck with this and not sure how to proceed. Its all the hard earned money and a small dream but all are shattered. Anyone planning pls be cautious and i would never ever recommend this company for any kind of interior work. Extremely saddened and dissatisfied with their work.

My humble advice don't go with the "DEEJOS" company. They don't have carpenters and factory on their own, just they will bluff to make the payment. My project started on Dec 18 still it going on for 7 months. Nobody is reachable. Mrs Rebecca introduced herself as Chief Architect not fit to be in this job. Whenever tried to reach her the receptionist always has a standard reply " Madam is on meeting" " Madam gone out" as if we don't have any work. Even we can't reach her over phone. She don't have courtesy to even call back. These companies involved in these fraudulent activities should be blacklisted immediately to save other customers in proceeding with them for their dream home. Quality is very pathetic and material used are not up to the mark.
Quotation needs to be checked thrice or even more during the execution of the work they might end up saying this not been added which will increase your final payment for poor shabby work.

Today is 100th day from the date of order. My project ID#62915 dt 28th Feb 2019 order value of about 5.2 Lakhs. First payment made on the order date, I have paid 80% on 10th April 2019 just few days before first delivery. Work happened for few days, now work is not progressing for want of material and carpenters. Even after followup at all levels at DEEJOS chrompet Branch, nothing moves, very poor customer service, Due to this delay, I am unable to shift to new home. DEEJOS is still non commital on project finish date. Having paid the money, Now I am at their mercy to complete the project at the earliast.Something is seriously wrong with this comany. BECAREFUL!!! Last 60 days I have following up with this project coordinator, he continue say it will be done tonorrow, but the "tomorrow" never comes.

Saying worst is just an understatement. For my project, they regularly followed up till they got the 90% amount from me. After that it is nearly 4 months and there is no improvement in the work that has happened. My house is now a mess with all wood materials just lying around and no one is bothered to even work or clean up that mess. Worst customer service ever!!!

Do not book the interior service unless you want to practice living through hell and you don't have anything else better to do than fighting and following up. They never stick to their promise and do not keep you posted once the money is paid. For my 4.0 lakhs project, i would have spoken to every one in the organisation for a minimum of 1000 times. There is no use even if you escalate to the md level also. No one will even bother to look at your complaint. They treat customers as doormats. Even this is the last existing interior company in the world, do not book your project with them.

I would like to lodge a complaint about a bloody fraud company called "deejos".

This company is very very worst. I had faced a huge problem with this company as i had given them a project which would cost around 10 lakhs and i initially paid as 90% of the project, which they were saying that it would be the company's policy. But later, they showed me hell. They took many months to start project as they were always saying all work is going on at chennai and final finished products come over and just installed here but nothing was happened as they promised in intinial discussions and estimations, i used to follow up thousands of times. But still they had not completed the project and they left many things and no responses from them. Material was also not qualitative as they promised, they used very cheap material in products. I really frustrated, i am getting angry like anything, i will kill those bastuds.

So this is my humble request to all, whoever wants to go for interior projects, please do not get into trap of deejos. They are cheaters, frauds.

I paid 90% of the total project on the initial stage of the project on 1st november 2018 to finish the project in 45 days. But they took more than 5 months. Don't opt for this company. For my 4.0lakhs project, i have called more than 500 times to get the material delivered and arrange for installation. Nobody picks the call. No response to emails. Waste of timing and money. The material received and installation progress is damn worst. All...

I work off-shore, meaning 28 days on 28 days off.
Single & i live with my aged mother.
Don't have the time to go about doing a brand new home interiors on me own, so i posted a query based on review and i got a call from deejos, had a meeting told them to treat it as their own home (The concerned individual who received me, is the senior most staff in deejos), they came up with the design and promised to deliver dec end 2017, i fell in love with, handed over the property on 27th oct 2017 & went off to work.
They kept in touch with me for the payment and due to kyc hiccup i managed to make a payment of 58.3% by 3rd week of nov, came back home visited the sight and knew it would never be completed in time.
Approached them and was assured that it will be done, made another payment last week of dec 2017, so now total payment made is 84.23%.
That was that...
I moved in on the 28th of april as i had to had over (No choice) the rented apartment to the owner to whom i had to fail on my word every month from dec 31st 2017 (Great way to start a new year) and the project is still in complete (I do not want to go in to the details of all items incomplete, its easier and a short list to mention the sloppily completed list).
More money was demanded, i agreed i made a small one and the second one made a stop payment... Them... I received calls from people i don't know worked in deejos explaining what bad i have made them... Demanded that they complete the work and i make rest of the payment... They promised that they will get certain items delivered and fitted and i agreed to pay.
The items were delivered and i paid (Now its 95.3 % and its 99.2 % including the advance paid)
But only one item of the 3 was fitted the day after i left to work.
I am at work now, i left home on the 7th of may and till date no body from deejos showed up to carry out even the basic task of fitting light in the bathrooms.
Just one example mentioned.
No reply to mails, whats app calls, messages.
Occasional a reply to whats app text stating that i'll be updated... Dah!
Nothing more.

Horrible, pathetic, bunch of parasites.
My dream home turned to a disaster. It really hurts when you invest on something and people rip you off for their benefit.
I wish i had the option to publish photos of the pathetic finishing they had done to my house. (No option to upload photos).
If they provide you the quotation, do reconfirm on every single line or get it written from them as you were promised. Save your dream house from cheaters like these

I paid full amount in advance, thinking "deejos interiors" will finish my work asap but more than 3 month they did not finished. While booking wooden panels shown were factory made, but while actual work carpenters used to cut the ply and fixing which has odd shape and not water proof & has already got fungus. Deejos employees make false promises to finish the work. Lot of fuel and time i have spent behind them but they are shameless. Even i put a complaint in police station, one of the deejos interiors worker threatened me over the phone, not complete the work for a year if i go to police. Call recorded.

Pathetic & ridiculous is just an understatement.. I read positive feedbacks more from bangalore, but chennai service is steps above worst.
Few reviews seems fake, as those users had only 1 review in their profile & their english are very much similar. Read the detail in negative feedbacks to understand the pain of customers.
Opt only if you have 6 months for interiors & 3-4 hours everyday to follow-up with their pathetic customer...
