Saying worst is just an understatement. For my project, they regularly followed up till they got the 90% amount from me. After that it is nearly 4 months and there is no improvement in the work that has happened. My house is now a mess with all wood materials just lying around and no one is bothered to even work or clean up that mess. Worst customer service ever!!!
Do not book the interior service unless you want to practice living through hell and you don't have anything else better to do than fighting and following up. They never stick to their promise and do not keep you posted once the money is paid. For my 4.0 lakhs project, i would have spoken to every one in the organisation for a minimum of 1000 times. There is no use even if you escalate to the md level also. No one will even bother to look at your complaint. They treat customers as doormats. Even this is the last existing interior company in the world, do not book your project with them. Was this information helpful? |
