Dear sir/madam,

I would like to draw your kind attention towards the negligence attitude and careless behavior of ddu dental deptt. This department was running like better than any thing at times but from the past few months it is getting worst.
I am taking all kinds of dental treatment from the past 20 years and was quite happy and satisfied.
But now due to a simple tooth filling i visited almost 8 to 10 times in the past 4 months as it's getting removed very frequently. Not sure about the reason that it's due to lack of proper training to junior doctor or maybe due to the filling material used.
The main reason i am filling this complaint after taking lots of good service earlier is rude behavior of doctors. They play around the serial numbers of patients opd slips and takes the easy cases first.
I have wasted 6.5 hrs just because of waiting of turn in the past 3 days. This matter i have raised to dr kapoor who is head of department of dental. He has also asked his team to give priority to this patient as he is visiting on the daily basis.
But unfortunately no one is taking it seriously.

May i request to have vigilance or surprise visit to understand the real problem facing by patients and take appropriate actions.

Doctor is seeing the patience without number.
Dear sir/madam,

I would like to draw your kind attention that my wife was suffering orthopedic problem on right leg with sever pain.When she attained the doctor with precision and showed the previous prescription for reference history of disease, the concern doctor of D.D.U hospital, delhi, orthopedic department crush the prescription, through it into dustbin and advise the patient to attend the previous doctor on their day.
Sir can a patient wait till the doctors date with severe pain?Sir once the patient is treated with one doctor, he cannot change the doctor if emergency come and OPD is opened?
Sir it is very unfortunate thing that a doctor is refuseing and throughing the precision into dustbin, of a patient, Where patient is spending too much time and labour to get that prescription and attending the doctor on queue.
Therefore my humble request to be kind enough to resolve this type of problem.
