I have purchased one pair of shoes from Adidas whose size is big so I have requested for return. Delhivery people were supposed to come and pick the return (shoes) but it's been more than a month that everytime they call saying that an executive is coming to pick order but at the end of the day nobody comes and they just send a message that Our Executive ([protected]) was unable to pick your Adidas package with AWB [protected] - Delhivery
I am really tired of this now and my money is stuck too as I cannot use that shoe due to bigger size nor will I get the return unless Delhivery people not pick the return.
Kindly help ASAP.
