[Resolved]  Deepak — wrong NEFT transfer from ICICI to HDFC by mistake - 50,000 INR

Hi there,

I have made a wrong transfer of 50,000 INR by mistake from ICICI (a/c[protected] to HDFC account(a/c - [protected]).

I tried to contact that person and he is saying he has not received any money while I have full proof that he has received the money.

I thought of going to civil court and raise a complaint but it is a last option.

Do you have any advise or do anything?

but I understand from net trace non delivery till 16/07/08 22.43 hrs no status available pls check and confirm delivery of package

Deepak — No.action taken by HDFC bank on 3 times wrongly payment

I have a credit card of HDFC bank, I got the wrongly transation done from my card, I complained many times regarding this but there is no correct answer I recieved.

Deepak — Loss of PAN card & Election ID card

I am Deepak from bengaluru 2nd stage, banashankari. I have lost my PAN card & as well my election ID card. The last time when I have seen it is about a month back. I am registering a complaint with my concerned "Banashankari police station". Kindly register my online complaint.

Please try to talk to him in person. You may go to his house and try to convince him. It is better you go to his house with your family and be friendly with. Never argue with him try to reason with all documentary evidences. If he still denying, you may request him to get a bank statement from his bank so that you will get your money from your bank. NEVER NEVER try to accuse him, because it is not his fault, it is you who put money wrongly into his account. Be friendly with him even if he refuses everything. You will definitely get your money back. GOOD LUCK !!!
I tried to contact him but he is not at all accepting that he has got the money. I don't have his address. I am not at all sure what should I do. I sent lot of emails/sms but no reply
