Deepam Matrimony — not sending any parents contact details

Hello,

I'm looking bride for my son. So, i have paid three month pack rs 3000 in deepam matrimony (Chennai). They said weekly two bride profiles will be sent to you and you will select. While checking profiles parents contact details are missing. We have called and asked about the contact details they said we will contact them and then will inform you. But whenever we are selecting bride profile and asking details they saying bride got married or engaged already.
They are doing fraud activity and cheating people. Could you please take some necessary action against this matrimony.
