Sir,

i zareefa widow of late reyaz ahmad lone would like to draw your attention that my huband got retired from army on 31 jan 2021 and expired on 14 apr 2021. from the date of death i am visiting all concerned offices for release of my family pension including sbi, kupwara ( code[protected], but till date my family pension has been not released results many suffering to meet the requirements of day to day life of my minor children. ppo no of my husband is[protected] and account no- [protected] (closed by bank) and i opened new single account bearing no -[protected] & mob no- [protected].
i am hope full that my case for release of family pension may please be resolved.
