Dear Sir,This is my first reminder of my complaint.
I have not receive my PAN card at my address yet now. I have applied it on[protected] . My PAN card status is showing that it has been dispatched on 17 Nov 07. The name which you typed in the PAN card is also not correct. Please correct the name SAJEEV MOOTHAT in the place of SANJEEV MOOTHAT and despatch the same as early as possible. Otherwise what is the alternative, give suggession immediatly

defence — IT Refund
Dear Sir,1.I had filed my income tax return dated 23 Oct.06 vide receipt no. 02784 for Assessment year 06-07 at income tax office Delhi, Ward 37(2).
2.The refund cheque for an amount of Rs.5570 dated 19 july 07 was sent to my address which was returned undeleivered by postal department because of change in address.
3.I had approached the ward officer 37(2) for re-issue of refund cheque and a request(Refund Order) was sent to CMP branch on 3 Dec 07.
4.A refund cheque of amount Rs.5570 was issued by CMP branch of SBI vide no... dated... but was returned undeleivered by postal department on 23 Jan 08 because of incorrect address.
5.I had contacted CMP branch ans was told to resend the refund order through concerned Ward office.
6.Since 23 Jan 08, i had visited Ward office so many times and was told that refund order had been sent but as per the CMP branch, they have not received any refund order till date.
7.May i request you to kindly look into the matter and help me getting my refund.

defence — non recharge of prepaid bsnl mobile No 9421055506 in Maharashtra circle
Dear Sir,I have recharged two times (Rs 56/- and again Rs 56/-) my prepaid BSNL mobile No[protected] in Maharashtra circle through on line on 20 May 2009 and the same have been debited from ICICI Bank Account No[protected] with transaction No[protected] and[protected]. But, 02 days (48 hrs) passed, my mobile has not yet got recharged. Please resolve the issue immediately.

i've applied two times for my ATM card but i hav'nt recieved any satisfactory response from the particular branch.my acc no is [protected].defence — boradband charges seems to be wrongly charged
In the tele bill No T[protected] dt 08 Jun 2009. The Brodband usage charges given in the bill against the tele No [protected] is very heigh ie rs 690/- whereas The same was not used atleast for 20 daysin the month of May and thereafter the line was in fault. In view of above the downloded MBs mentioned as 1791 in the bill is seems to be wrong. Please verify the same.defence — ATM Card
One of my colleagues Mr. Balbir Singh has opened an SB a/c in SBI Bengdubi, Darjeeling (WB) four months back. A/c No [protected] It is a salaried a/c and requested for ATM Card. The bank authorities said the ATM Card will reach in a month's time. He waited for two months but the card did not reach him. When approached the abnk again asked for an application for non-receipt of ATM Card. He does so and waited for another one month time. Still there is no reply. In the absence of an ATM Card he is finding too much difficutles as the bank is always heavily crowded and drawing money from the bank is a herculian task. Besides that he is staying without family and goes for leave on different occasions in his home towmn in Haryana. Keeping money is always a risk when travelling in Eastern Sector. PENSION — less creding of pension
My saving account is in the SBI,NCRB,Jaipur ,Raj. bearing account No.[protected] and PPO No.is [protected]. The pension for the month of September 2009 has been credited only Rs. 8373.00 where as it comes to Rs.10832.00. Arrears of increased pension were also credited in my account in September,2009 itself. Kindly intimate the reasons of less creding the pension or credit the balance pension to avoid hardness being felf by me.defence — not given 60% arear

1. I had booked a ticket on 15 July 2009.2. I had traveled on 17 July 2009 by flight No 219 from Delhi to Pune.
3. My Confirmation number was IZGYAQ.
4. I had booked under Indian Defence Personal Booking.
5. I loset my bording pass after complition of my jurney.
6. A certificate is required confirmining authincatation of my tarvel and a valid bording pass was issued to me on 17 july 2009 from Delhi to Pune.
7. This is requird for reimbushment of the money and for the audit purpose.
