Defender Plus — Non compliance of insurance | |||||
I register a complaint against a damage of samsung phone on 21st of june complaint no d+1530. As per the information and requirement of the document i sent all the documents but on 1st of july i received a mail that i had registered the complaint after 48 hours but i tried calling on 19th of june as well as 20th of june this incident of damage happened on 18th of june but the customer care executive was busy on another call so the call was not answered. i was been told by the retailer from where i purchased the phone that defender plus is reliable company in respect of providing mobile insurance and gives you 100% claims of damage. This was the reason i spent the 1700 rupees for mobile insurance. P. S. The mail being received by defender coated that this phone was damaged 5 months ago, why would i be filing the complaint after 5month of the damage So kindly go through the matter and your help in this case will be appreciable.
