degree — emba degree still have not received

Dear sir/madam,
My name is waheedullah and studied my emba with mahatma gandhi on 2010 and completed on 2012 and i got my mark sheet as well but till now i am not able to get my emba degree although i have contacted many referred persons but none of them helped me apart that they asked me for 10000rs for the fee of the degree that i paid them and they said that they will issue me with in a 2 to 3 months period this was happen after 2013 but nothing till now.

It is worth to mention that i moved to canada now and where i am working they are asking me for my emba degree although i have shared me mark sheet with the company but they are insisting me that should have to provide them the degree so could you please assist me that how should i proceed to get my degree if needed any documents i would be happy to provide you that i get my emba degree.
