emba degree still have not received

My name is waheedullah and studied my emba with mahatma gandhi on 2010 and completed on 2012 and i got my mark sheet as well but till now i am not able to get my emba degree although i have contacted many referred persons but none of them helped me apart that they asked me for 10000rs for the fee of the degree that i paid them and they said that they will issue me with in a 2 to 3 months period this was happen after...
