Dehlivery — Rude Behaviour of the Delivery regent and his refusal to deliver it to my exact address

On 5th April 2023 I was suppose to get my package which I ordered from Smytten. AWB NO[protected] I was in my office so I politely requested the courier agent to deliver it my flat which is on 3rd Floor. But he repeatedly ordering me to send someone downstairs. Both my parents suffer from serious arthritic ailment, so it was difficult for them to do so. The argument went on for sometime and the agent was outright threatening me that if I unable to comply to his directions the package will remain in the office and it continue to be there, stop ordering things when you can't receive it in this way, whether you live in 4th floor or 12th floor you have to come down and receive your package no matter what, and keep on insulting me and threatening me. Afterwards he still continued to argue and further threatened that he will not deliver it to my exact address I can do whatever I want.
And till now I haven't any updates regarding the order. I lodged the complaint in official DEHLIVERY app, but no solution was provided.
I am PAYING for the shipment so that it reach my exact address! The courier agent is not doing me any CHARITY! How dare he insult and threaten the customer over a prepaid order!
Please look into this matter and resolve this issue.
