On 5th April 2023 I was suppose to get my package which I ordered from Smytten. AWB NO[protected] I was in my office so I politely requested the courier agent to deliver it my flat which is on 3rd Floor. But he repeatedly ordering me to send someone downstairs. Both my parents suffer from serious arthritic ailment, so it was difficult for them to do so. The argument went on for sometime and the agent was outright threatening me that if...

They repeatedly cancelled my parcels without informing me or sending any messages, i visited all their facilities one by one and every executive their told me that your parcels might be at another facility, my one parcel contained life saving drugs but unfortunately it was cancelled despite giving my all efforts to get it delivered!...

Plz help me the wrong product delivered to me plz return it as possible you can...

I had ordered a xiaomi 11 Lite NE via Tata CLiQ, which is shipping the product using Dehlivery. Tracking status on dehlivery website has been showing that package has left Hoskote Delhivery facility for Bangalore on 19 Jan 2022, Evening.
Estimated date is 20 Jan 2022, but I do not see it still out of delivery on 20th Jan.
Hoskote is about 1-2 hours from Bangalore, so I am not sure why it is taking long and why there is delay...

Till date not received delivery having awb no.[protected].
Urgently required the product but customer care not responding...

On September 3rd 2021, a small package was picked from Flat 243, Vrindavan Garden. 3rd main, Chiranjeevi layout, Hebbal Kempapura. 560024.

And was delivered on September 5th 2021 to House no 514, 2nd Floor, West Parmanand Colony, near GTB Nagar, Delhi 110009.

But the package shipped and package received are not the same.

I tried reaching out to the Dehlivery company but no response so far. They...

Hi I paid 1800 via dehlivery Upi link provided by your delivery man today (20 May 2021) . Transaction Id :[protected], the money has been deduceted from my bak account but it has not reflected on the delivery man’s data .
Kindly provide a solution to this as my money has been deducted ans its stuck in your database and has not been reflected.
