Address: Dehradun, Uttarakhand

we advise that my son Shubhro has deposited Rs.40000/- at the time of Counseling on[protected] for admission in M.Tech (Digital Communication) vide their Reciept No. 14010 book No. 140 dated[protected] in Dehradun Institute Of Technology. He intimated the Institute on[protected] before starting the said courseand asked for refunding the amount after deducting the usual processing fee. Later the course was started on[protected] and all 18 students were got admission. He again submitted e-mail on[protected] and[protected] for refunding the tution fee for Rs. 40000/- but till date we did not get any response from them.
Refunding of the tution fee is mandatory under AICTE Rule 2009 if the applicant leave the Institute before commencing the course. My son properly informed the Institute well in time and after that they filled up their seats.
Therefore, it is requested to you please arrange to refund the fee I may arrange to invest for building of his carrer.
Thanking you.

Yours faithfully,

Shankar Kumar Chakrabartty

    SIR
This is to inform you that i am student in dehradun institute of technology and in our college dean professor shishir kumar is debarring students in external exams due to short attendence

my query is if it is rule by university that student below 75% attendence is not eligible for sitting in exams then why other institute not following this rule and DEAN sir putting different crieteria each time by himself depends on mood
sometimes he debart student on 40% sometime 50% according to choice and in last sem crieteria was 35% for final year and 70% for 1st year why this partiality?

and one thing no of lectures for session is also not pre decided for complete sem and concern is that if 2-3 student is there in class then too attendence is taken by teacher without physically taking class

and in diwali and holi or in any festival they provide double attendence for 1 class i want to know in which country or education system there is rule for providing attendence without any physical lecture

sir i hope you will do the needful i will be really thankful

    with regards
    rahul jain
