Deion Technology Pvt. Ltd. Pune is a fraud company. DO NOT USE THEM! I made a posting for a company to create a video sharing website, so our youth sports programs in central Florida would have a way to share game film with each other. Our budget was $3900. We had many response’s, some higher and lower. We decided to go with this TERRIBLE Lying Company. This project started in November 2012. To date I have paid them $2600 and have received a home page. They did not research on the project, nor do they even know what a video sharing plat form should be. The list of fraudulent people I have dealt with is: Tanvi Baxi, Manoj Kumar, Divya Kumari. Plus I even sent a message to the President of the company.. Baburao Vhankol, and this person failed to respond. Now they won’t respond to emails or phone calls. They also use Skype phone numbers. Our Company started at 19 February 2013.
The information in the compaint does not matches with our company profile. This is very embarrassing movement for us.

My name is Harshwardhan Thakur and I joined this company as a Sr. BDE and the company expected business from the day one. From the first month itself Mr. Baburao Vhankol, the cheater, the [censored]f person wanted the target must be achieved then only he will give me salary. So I resigned the company after one month only and the company paid me nothing.
This company is a cheating, fraud, fake, [censored]ing, , freezed company. Please never join this company. Mr. Gundev, Mr Ajay Tuptewar and Mr. Suryadeo is absolutely right. Baburao is a [censored]g person with no existence. He is a cheater, bloody Bast**d nonsen*e guy. Rest all thing you can understand.

Babruao Vhankol owner of Deiontechnology is a seasoned cheater. He is chartered accountant by profession! He has a peculiar style of cheating. He shall cheat you for relatively small amounts of tens of thousands say 20000 or 30000 Rs.
He shall do it in various ways like giving fake cheques, promissory notes, taking small loans from financial institutes and will never bother to clear the same.
He shall do the same with a number of people thereby he gets hefty amount free yet the individual incurs relatively smaller losses such that the expenses of individual recovery could outweigh the losses.
DO NOT ever engage in any financial transactions related to any business, service, property, charity or anything for that matter with this person. He shall only sell lies to you!! You shall only get cheated.

Deiontechnology is a cheater company. ceo baburao vhankol is a cheater. he did not pay me salary for over 7 months and fired me. never ever join this compamy. they are cheaters.
Joining this company was the biggest mistake of my lifetime. Baburao Vhankol from Deiontechnology company was very unprofessional in his approach. Being CEO & overall boss he felt he could do any tricks under company policy. He treated his people with disrespect and had no technical understanding of the software product development related matters. My salary was never given for over 5 months. What a shame! I was suddenly terminated from employment I even did not receive any letter and my career got ruined by this company, its attitude towards employees and the way Baburao managed the company.

I am Ajay Tuptewar, Ex- BDM at Deion Technology Pvt. Ltd. The above information compliant is absolutely true. Baburao Vhankol and his company is totally freezed, faked and cheater company who never give salary on time. I joined the company as a Business Development Manager and worked hard but at the end of the month Baburao called for a meeting and told that the Company has NO FUND to give your salary. All the time, the company keeps on cheating me and a day terminated me with no prior information.
This company is a fake company and have earned the ISO certification by paying money. The company does not follow even a single policy of the ISO. Baburao is a , , and nonsense guy who is unprofessional and illiterate. Baburao is a most ideotic person whose profession is cheating only.
Please never join this company even at the worst stage of your career.
