Candidates who asked for money though you have completed their interview successfully, just make your complaint in tamil nadu police consumer help line. Register your complaint against this company on salary basis or conducting interviews on money basis. No company should ask for money for experience certificate after completed their work in years as experience. If so happened just register the complaint.

I got call from that changeurjob company...and I paid amount by way of online...but they took 8225 rupees... and I dn, t get any job opportunities from that consultancies... after that am requested to refund my amount...an they r registered the complaints ...after that I got mail from that company... like this... Job Searchers, Pl Stay away from this CO. I joined few months back and sent out the moment i came out of project this month. I have listed below the Minus points so far I gathered. All are 100% true and my intention is that ppl shud nt join and suffer. Go thru the same and decide if you would like to prefer.

1) They Dont Switch on AC. Trust me there is NO AC at all (All employees are frustrated here with out AC and they are sweating like Hot POT)
2) The Infrastructure Sucks Big Time.No Cafeteria, No Wash room tissues, no Tea or coffee.
3) They dont have any benefit for Employees.Nothing actually.
4) They try cost cutting in Bathroom soap and Printer A4 papers. Even their ID card is a Laminated one. You can check any employees ID card who work here if im lieing.
5) There is no Policy for anything across the co.
6) They are 14 yrs OLD and Still under 400 Emp Strength (Imagine the growth Rate)
7) They fire Employtees the moment he is out of Project as there is no Bench
8) They Dont Hire Women Employees stating silly reasons (Some body pls suggest any forum to register a complaint abouth this malpractice)
9) You shud Stick for one yr from DOJ. If not u need to pay 6 months salary. You need to sign Bond at the time of Joining.
10) This is typical proprietorship co where yu need approval from CEO for buying washroom Tissues.
11) Not even a Single Delivery person has a proper delivery back ground. This is a 's Den Basically.
12) All trainees run away after completing 3 yrs Bond from this co. Imagine their Benefits and retention policies. 13) Salary is very Poor, Less than Market standard.
14) CEO's Full time job is to visit all places and ensure AC is switched off in all floors.This is the way he manages the co.

My name is ashok. Actually i went to interview for "changepond" for ".net developer" position. I have 1.8 years of experience. The company located in SIPCOT IT PARK, Siruseri, Chennai-603 103. There conducted General Discussion, Technical Interview, HR. In general and technical round i done well and i got feedback from technical person as good. But after that HR came to meet me. He said you are not strong in technical part. You need training. We can hire you as a fresher and we will provide you training. They are not considering my experience. HR said you need to sign a bond for 3 years and deposit of Rs. 75,000. I will get back that money after completing that three years. They are totally dominating me. They not behave as a corporate. They are treating candidate as irrespective. It's a fake concern.

Employees Treated Badly In Changepond

1) An Employee should work minimum 12-15 hours a day
2) They should work on weekends also but no salary for that.
3) Permitted leaves 2 days/Month but we should not take that.
4) Salary hike is maximum 20% i[censored] worked 15/7
5) They will threaten to fire you if you asked any questions.br...

I had worked in this company for more than 1.5 years they are cheaters and one complete project will be given to one employee and will not allow the employees to go home they will not provide compoff and also foods.Real Cheaters many clients had scolded them.They will not give hike and recently many had fired only because of asking hike..Work less Politics more....Hr,PM,are worst peoples.......Fifa are not their clients...They didnt have proper management from presales,java team and especially PHP .... Mobile teams are worst.............all the employees are working only for the BOND..it is not changepond CHANGEBOND......BOND potu they will treat employee as buggers........
