I have made a purchase of an IT peripheral via http://dejavutrends.com/ on[protected].
Invoice #[protected] for Order #[protected]
I received the mail stating that the order has been placed. But I have not received any delivery nor its status.
And later on[protected] I emailed the very same support and they have asked me to wait for the delivery and assured to get it delivered in 4-5 business days.I waited for more than that and still no response from the team. I was forced to cancel the order since I have purchased a new one after a long waiting period.
And later on[protected] I cancelled the order and they warned that it may take up to 14 days for refund which I was OK since there is no point in waiting for more than 2 months.Still I have not received any refund for the payment and no delivery yet.
I tried to contact the customer care number but it was out of order always. I have put online complaint through their portal and I did not get any response from them. (Suupport tickets #478019 and #671129) Was this information helpful? |
