        Hi team

        I bought a vu tv from flipkart 6 month back and suddenly the picture tube (Panel) went black, after three days of continuous follow up with the customer service and engineer was sent on 9th who said that the display panel usb (Port) is dead and we have to replace it. Nobody has to come yet. I request the vu team to support and resolve the issue asap

          Hi I am purchased vu43 led tv bearing series no vu43bs112 from paytm mall after one year warranty expired immediately on next day my tv motherboard heated therefore not start tv hence I complaint vu customer care then I come to know that motherboard is not working hence I request vu customer care please provide me motherboard but still assurance nobody provide me motherboard from last 4 to 5 months since so many request vu customer care not provide me motherboard from this behavior you are unnecessary harass me before taking any steps or legal action please provide me motherboard with warranty as soon possible hence request you please provide motherboard

            I ordered a T shirt - "Never Give Up" on 12th May 2019. I was given an order number 1099.

            On 14th May 2019 I received an email confirming my purchase had shipped.

            On 20th May I received a further email asking me to review the service.

            I replied on 22nd May confirming I had not received my purchase.

            Anthony Walker replied on the 24th May confirming my purchase would be with me by Thursday at the latest, i.e., 30th May.

            It is now 31st May and it has still not arrived.

            This purchase was necessary for tomorrow, Saturday 1st June . it is now too late.

            The money was taken from my account and yet I do not have my purchase.

            I will never use this company again, nor will I ever do anything but say negative things about it. I feel as if I have been defrauded.

That the accused person lured the general public by giving discount on the prize of the products of various leading companies and minting money by playing fraud upon public at large and since the amount involved in individual in thousands of Rs. And as such whenever any person approached the local P.S. for registering of the case every one shocked to see the attitude of the police officials who are public servant that since the amount involved in the case are in thousands hence, the treated very small amount and refused to take any action against the accused person despite the clear cut case of forgery and cheating has been made out. It is very surprising that whenever any aggrieved person approached the police station to lodge a criminal complaint he faced very ashamed as the police officials instead of taking sympathy view with him rather they make mockery of you by alleging that you are a great person and you should have take care of yourself as there are so many side on the inter-net which are playing such type of frauds with the public at large and the citizens have to take care themselves not to attract to such sides. 4. I am shocked to see the attitude of the police officials and the government agencies who allowed such companies to cheat and play fraud with the public at large by minting crores and crores of rupees from the public at large and no one will take care for the public at large. 5. I put a question to myself whether we are citizens shop democratic India or we are living under the shadow of cheaters and frauds persons.

                                After a month I haven't receive any item so on 16th April after talking to customer care I opt for cancellation of my order and refund my money. I was told that I will receive my refund in next 10 days.

Now it may month and still there is no response from them after writing dozens of mails to them. Kindly do something to get our money back. They are cheating the customers like that.
