Deja Vu Trends — No shipment of products after 15 days

I had ordered samsung galaxy quattro on 28th february 2014. Its been 2 weeks now and the product has stil not shiped to my address. When Contact thier so called 24x7 customer care number no one pick up the call.. It seems that they, work in night shift only bcoz its operational only in night.. Everytime they pick up the call they say that the disatch will be done in this week but in never happens...
