Deja-Vu Trends — Non supply of Memory Card despite payment of Rs. 600

I have placed an order of Memory card on[protected] online from the Deju-Vu Trends(http://dejavutrends.com/). Company address is 24, Apurva Estate, Makwana Lane, Opp:- Vaman Center, Andheri-Kurla Road Marol Naka, Andheri (East) Mumbai:- 400069.(http://dejavutrends.com/) this is one of the online shopping site. After 18 days I have not received my Product and company assured that they deliver the product within the 15 working days. But no response has been taken till now. I have called them on helpline no.[protected] several times but no one picking up the phone. I have already paid Rs. 600 toward the 16gb memory card by the online transaction gateway ( A copy of receipt of payment is attached with it) my order no. is[protected] and invoice no. is[protected]. therefore I am forced to lodge a complaint against them on the Hon'ble Consumer Court.
