Dejavutrends — Mobile booked on march 5th but still not delivered

Hi Team, I ordered a sony Xperia E Dual sim mobile from dejavutrends.com on March 5th. Order No:[protected] The transaction was successful and money was taken from my account. Then I was keep on calling their customer care number 1800 3000 1177. Rarely they picked up the call and they said that they will update us shortly. Finally they said that they had not received my amount after 2 weeks. I raised a service request with my bank and my bank confirmed me that the money got transferred to EBS. Hence, I followed up with EBS and they also confirmed me that dejavutrends had captured the amount. When I call them again, they are not picking up or else saying the same that they have not received the amount. Kindly help me in getting the money refunded to my account. I now see that lots of people are reporting this website as a fraudulent one.
