I have purchased domain and hosting service from deletezero. And its been around 25 days. All my websites are down. When tried to contact their support +91-[protected]/ Live chat/ Email no one responds. When somehow I got through an support agent through live chat. They are stating that they are not responsible for the data that they have lost due to their negligence showcasing their terms they are saying I as a consumer need to take care of it. But when there is no fault of consumer how can he be liable of it.
So request you to please investigate my issue and help me get justice by getting my websites back online again, get my data back and get a compensation for the loss occurred due to the fault of deletezero. Was this information helpful? | 
Incase of pricing its absolute champion my previous hosting provider was looting me like hell charging me around 20k per month stating business emails been used (It was mandatory for employees email id) but when i change to deletezero i took their cloud plan they are charging only 8k per year and they provide unlimited email and unlimited storage but my old provider was providing only 50GB and we had to download manually to outlook and save in laptop or system but now even after moving to deletezero last 7months emails has reached to 600GB+ and when i contacted with them and asked should i upgrade they said not required, since i decided to write their review, I would highly recommed DeleteZero as these type of companies are required to save innocent companies from getting looted and also their support is amazing always available even in late nights truly 5* Life saving provider
