I have purchased domain and hosting service from deletezero. And its been around 25 days. All my websites are down. When tried to contact their support +91-[protected]/ Live chat/ Email no one responds. When somehow I got through an support agent through live chat. They are stating that they are not responsible for the data that they have lost due to their negligence showcasing their terms they are saying I as a consumer need to take care...

Deletezero.com threatens me to terminate my Hosting account in their hosting if I do not submit PAN CARD or AADHAAR CARD. Do they have to right to ask me. I do not think this is mandatory for hosting account because none of the other hosting companies never asked for such personal information....
