Delhi Govt. Dispensary — Complaint Regarding Unavailability of Vaccines at Dispensary

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to express my concern regarding the unavailability of vaccines during my child’s visits to the aya nagar south delhi 110047 dispensary. As informed by the dispensary staff, the vaccines are not being supplied regularly by the government, and they have very limited stock available.

Due to this issue, my infant has missed vaccinations multiple times because the required vaccines were not available at the dispensary. This delay in vaccination may affect my child’s immunization schedule.

I request you to kindly look into this matter and ensure timely availability of vaccines so that children do not face inconvenience in receiving their scheduled vaccinations.
