I booked a covide-19 vaccine dose today in B Block Jhilmil colony. Upon reaching there no doctor was available there for vaccination.

I am complaining about the Nand Nagri dispensary for not providing medicine and the staff is talking in a rude way.
they ask us to come daily and they do not even register our details even we are referral from gtb hospital

I went with my mother at rajpura gurmandi dispensary and was been denied for slip of registration for medicine at 11 am in the morning

DGEHS dispensary ( Patparganj) normally not able to supply Indent medicines to SENIOR CITIZENS, and Gives noting of N.A. As per the Doctor Incharge the supplier is not accepting/supplying.
Now it is a situation to be handled by the senior personnel of Health administration or the public should suffer.
It is really impossible for Retired senior citizens for follow up, and there is no guideline for retired Government school teachers. Where should they submit bills.
Please take care of these two problems
1. Suppler problems
2. Guide line for Retired (Delhi Govt. School) to submit Bills fo N.A medicine, and disbursement

We r pensioner under DGEHS s govt under panel. Sir our paschim vihar dispensary is unable to provide medicines which are NA under govt hospital. And the concerned said that he is ready to write on the prescription NA paper that chemist is not providing the medicines to dispensary sir please take quick action as we r not able to purchase medicines and we required the medicines urgently for our treatment.

It has been one hour and the doctor has not arrived for vaccination. This is done on usual basis doctor never arrives and the staff is also saying the same thing also the staff is very rude

I went again to Karala dipensory on Thursday as told by staff during last visit, but today they gave one information and told one more rule that come at 9am with pregnant lady and take token then wiat till 10am then they will start entertaining. This is inhuman, unnecessary increasing burdens on health sector and creating trouble for pregnant lady. They not giving correct info at one time. Imagine the situation as around 3-4 km road from dispensory are fully damaged and sun is very hot, staff is not supporting. I have changed my mind, now I m proceeding to private. Such behaviour will lead to privatization then they will cry . So it's humble request to take action against these staff. Thanks

I went for the pragnancy card of my wife at 1 pm on Monday to Karala village dispensory. All three lady staff were sitting idle, no other patients were there but they told that come on Thursday. We request them that my wife is working and spare time difficulty but they replied that for your work you have to take rest and suggest us to finish only one task in whole day.
This was very rude behaviour. Because of this the govt department are loosing trust in public. So I request the authorities to take strict action and set example to others.

On 17th april 2021 at delhi government dispensary in sec 21 rohini.The medical professionals were not collecting samples properly .instead of nasal plus throat, they collected only nasal swab that too inappropriately.
Please look into the as this is regarding health of the citizen

My friends sister is covid positive and she's got her report before 1 day, we called helpline to get medicines they asked us to visit dispensary of new ashok nagar for medicines but when we reached at 9:15 they asked us to wait for a time we waited till 11:15 but no one came so we thought to speak with them. Suddenly they said that medicines will be provided by some lady so we went to search her as they have mehendi in their hands and legs. We searched for her but she wasn't there then we asked once again incharge said she don't know about medicines. We had no one as contact person then we raised our voice for same so then they woke up Suddenly and a guy came asked us for details he searched nothing was with him he said they will send medicines at our address but they had no address or name in their records. I want to complaint against these clever and kamchor people as they are not even taking care of other patients. If they are not giving any medicines after showing covid report then definitely people will loose lives.

All will be upon central and state government. Kindly check what your dispensary centers are doing are they exactly doing their work or they are just trying to be safe of it.

Dispensary is making covid test compulsory for everyone whoever steps in the dispensary even for child vaccination. Not sure why is rule is applied now.

I would request it should be for symptomatic or voluntary not compulsory to everyone.

This scenario is of Sabzi Mandi, Sagarpur East, Sagarpur Delhi-110046 dispensary incident.

Also poor communication from staff and doc on child vaccination timeline which make people revisiting twice or thrice for vaccination only. Delhi is a world class city and we don't expect such bureaucracy in health sector.

I just want to inform you that our Dispensary of Deenpur, Najafgarh has very different rules they are not giving vaccination (dated 30th Dec. 2020) when we reach there we have been told that you need to check with ASHA bhanji for token.

But when we ask Asha Bhanji she said there is no need for token just tell them that she has send you, same were communicate to the lady who was dealing with people there but she said first get the token from your ASHA bhanji but we told her that she only send us but they refused to do the vaccination.

Today again we checked with ASHA bhanji she said they are implementing there own rules and told us to go again tomorrow and if still they don't do the vaccination then she cannot do anything.

So we need to know how and when we can do the vaccination for my child.

Please check this on priority and help us.

I want to inform you In sagarpur dispensary doctor did not treat me.She told me you can take medicine without slip then who provide medicine he told me, first you make slip then I wil give you after that doctor did not make slip and.She told me in angery way she didn't make silp.Her behaviour was very bad.Who is currently work in Sagarpur dispansary.She is doctor room number is 7.

Not operating on time.

One of the staff named Hemraj who is working as a collecting intent and giving medicine to the patient in the dispensary has abused and misbehaved me without any reason. This incident has happened on Friday 23rd Oct 2020.

After I had complained to the Doctor of the dispensary, despite in front of the doctor, he was not accedpting his mistake and arguing with me.

Mr.Hemraj always uses very abusive language with the patient and their attendant and nobody files complaints against him because generally patient ignores.

Please take very strict action against him.

My name is manish kumar and im live in delhi at chanchal park delhi-110041. My baby born on 7th august 2020. Now he is 2 months old. His injection of 1.5 month is pending. I was go 2 times at kotla dispensery they tell me contact ure area a n m. Her name is madhu. They give me her contact number [protected]. Ill contact many time at that number but all time they number switch off. In dispencery board and their employee have only that contact number. Now i have no more petience. Im very disappointed about our goverment services. Now im take that injection from private hospital.
Pls take some serious action against that services

I visited the Delhi govt. Dispensary situated at Sultauri B-Block new Delhi-110086 Yesterday, at 9.00 am and till 10.30 am, there was no staff available neither a person to issue a 'purchi'.
No inquiry counter was opened, the doctors and employees were not answering anything, they were doing very rude language. very Dirty place and During the period of this Covid-19, there was a crowd gathering in one place.

I am a covid positive patient, my 14 days of home isolation were completed.I visited a dispensary on 17 August 2020, located at bb block shalimar bagh for taking medicines.The staff at this dispensary was very irresponsible, the person at the pharmacy of dispensary kept us waiting for almost half an hour, then we will went to call his he was talking to other staffs.
Please consider my complaint and resolve such issues for the betterment of other people.

I visited delhi govt. Dispensary situated at begum pur new delhi-110084 today, at 8.00 am and till 9.30 am, there was no staff available neither a person to issue a 'purchi'.
Nor the doctor to see the patients.
I waited till 10 am and then the staff start coming but still they didn't start looking the patients and having their own personal gossips.

It is a shameful affair that the basic requirement...

One of staff named miss Sonia who is involving for BP check in dispensary has misbehaved by me. This incident has happened on 17th Jun'2019 on time 11.55 AM. She is saying " Ab bacha karne ki kya suji, Itne saal tak so rahe the kya". after that shouting on ladies. due to this pregnant ladies has harrased.
Please take action on urgent for prevention of future loss. She is sitting in Welcome govt dispensary

I live in khichripur..in khichripur locallty dispensary have "dots" center also.. Dots center timing are 9:30am to 2 pm but doctors are not available for issue of medicines... "dots" medicines course is 6 month without any gape... Mostly time medicines room are closed with lock... And when we ask a dispensary management they said doctors are gone.. My problem is dots center keys available in dispensary staff so why we skip our medicines for doctors absence.. Dispensary staff says what the problem if today medicines not eat your day will be extended for 6 month... They not understand patients problem...
In dots doctors absence we are trouble problems... My medicines skip in month or week so plz understand our problems and provide these doctors they are not absence...
Plz sir solve this problem as soon as possible..

Hi team,

I am student, and university has mentioned that to get character certificate from any dispensary or government doctor.
But when i visited pandav nagar d28 delhi 110092.
Doctor denying directly without giving any reason...
When said i will complain against you.. Then she said don't thereat me just do.. No one can do anything against me.
Doctor didn't keep name plate so i can't tell name of doctor, but i am sharing date and time (06/10/2017. Saturday 11:45am)
They have too much arguments... Please take action against her.
Or such type of clinic is not required... Their treatment is also so poor, behaviour please don't ask.

My name is dharmendra kumar today night at 3 o clock when i come back from my office my brother was crying with stomach ache i went lal bahadur hospital khichdi pur when i reached hospital in ward the doctor was not available there i asked to guard he told me abhi aa rahe hi i wait 20 minutes doctor did not come i again ask to guard he told me abhi bulane gaye hi i ask where he told me to way where was doctor i went there a guard was there i ask him plz tell me where is doctor my brother is crying with pain he told doctor went to take tea while taking guard doctor came from his room in jeans and ti shirt guard told me he is doctor i met doctor and i told plz check my brother he checked only documents and told go to bed becose he was not there 5 to 6 patients were come there he checked one by one and he is not treating with polite he was trying to finish all he was not giving proper medicine to any buddy any buddy was not happy with his behavior and treatment my brother was crying i told sir plz check my brother he told wait all are patients here i wait... After finish he come and check told nothing to be done take two letters water and why are you crying you will not die. After told this he was disappeared form there he did not give any single medicine i went to shop buy 2 litters water i gave to my brother after taking water he started to ometing i leave the hospital in night come to local bangali doctor he gave only 50 rs medicine to my brother then he get relief..
I hired auto rs 150 to go to hospital and from hospital to home 150 rs total 300 rs was wasted.
Plz visit emergency in night and check how doctors are doing their job i think no budy will go hospital in night until he has big problem..
