Sir/mam,
I visited delhi govt. Dispensary situated at begum pur new delhi-110084 today, at 8.00 am and till 9.30 am, there was no staff available neither a person to issue a 'purchi'.
Nor the doctor to see the patients.
I waited till 10 am and then the staff start coming but still they didn't start looking the patients and having their own personal gossips.
It is a shameful affair that the basic requirement are not getting fulfil.
Its there daily routine to come late by 2-3 hrs.
I request you to please provide basic requirement so that patient can be benefited.
